Project Overview

The Alagomeji office remodelling transformed existing floors into a modern workplace for Intercontinental Wapic Life Assurance. Works included interior demolition and reconfiguration, new partitions and ceilings, premium floor and wall finishes, bespoke joinery, lighting, power and low‑voltage systems, HVAC tune‑ups, and complete redecoration.

We phased construction to minimise operational disruption, coordinated with the consultant on space planning and services routing, and value‑engineered finishes and MEP specifications to achieve the N24.42m budget while maintaining quality and programme.

• Night/weekend working windows to reduce downtime for staff.
• Upgrades to electrical distribution, lighting, data, and access control.
• Acoustic treatment for meeting rooms and open‑plan areas.
• HSE compliance and QA/QC sign‑offs at each trade handover.

Delivered in June 2010, the refurbished space provides a functional, efficient, and brand‑aligned office environment.
